He is the founder and former Executive Chairman of Western Refining Company, Inc. and former Chairman of Western Refining Logistics, LP.
Mr. Foster serves as Chairman on the boards of Franklin Mountain Investments, LLC, and its affiliated companies. He also serves on the boards of Jordan Foster Construction, Vomaris Innovations, Inc., WestStar Bank, and on the Board of Trustees of the Baylor College of Medicine. Craig began his career in 1994 with Anadarko, having worked various engineering, business development, midstream, operations and management positions in the Rockies, Mid-Continent and Gulf Coast regions.
Craig is a Wyoming native and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He is a registered professional engineer and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

For 13 years, Audrey was Partner and Senior Managing Director at the Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and prior to that, she was an Investment Banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of Liberty Oil field Services (NYSE: LBRT), and was previously a Board Member at Extraction Oil and Gas, LLC (NASDAQ: XOG) and Bonanza Creek Energy, LLC (NYSE: BCEI).

Brandon has over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Brandon previously served as Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of One Energy Partners, LLC from March 2016 to January 2019. Prior to that, Brandon worked in private equity and investment banking with Leucadia National Corporation, Jefferies Capital Partners and BMO Capital Markets. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from The University of Texas.
Blake Pickett is General Counsel of Franklin Mountain Energy. He began his career in oil and gas 24 years ago as a floor hand. Blake started his legal career in private practice, focusing on energy related litigation. In 2010, he went in house with WPX Energy, then Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. From 2017 until he joined Franklin Mountain in 2019, Blake was the general counsel of a privately backed, Dallas based E&P company. Blake graduated from the University of Wyoming with a finance degree and obtained his juris doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law, Magna Cum Laude. He is licensed in Wyoming, Colorado, Texas and Montana (inactive).
Ryan Lake serves as Chief Accounting Officer for Franklin Mountain Energy and joined the team in April 2019. Ryan has over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Ryan began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an assurance associate in the financial services sector. Prior to joining Franklin Mountain, Ryan worked for Berry Petroleum Company, a publicly traded oil and gas company, and Zavanna, LLC, a privately owned E&P company, working in multiple roles including fixed asset accounting, GL accounting, and financial reporting. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Accounting from Saint Louis University.
Paul L. Foster is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Mountain Investments, LLC. Affiliates of Franklin Mountain Investments include Franklin Mountain Capital, Franklin Mountain Energy, Franklin Mountain Industrial, and Franklin Mountain Property Services. He is the founder and former Executive Chairman of Western Refining Company, Inc. and former Chairman of Western Refining Logistics, LP.
Mr. Foster serves as Chairman on the boards of Franklin Mountain Investments, LLC, and its affiliated companies. He also serves on the boards of Jordan Foster Construction, Vomaris Innovations, Inc., WestStar Bank, and on the Board of Trustees of the Baylor College of Medicine. Previously, Mr. Foster served as a director of the El Paso branch of the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank, was Vice Chairman and Chairman of the University of Texas System Board of Regents, and served as Chairman of the University of Texas Investment Management Company. He has served, and currently serves, on boards and committees for numerous other civic and professional organizations.
Mr. Foster has received the Baylor University Distinguished Alumni Award, was inducted into the 2013 Class of the Texas Business Hall of Fame, and in 2007 and 2013 was presented with the City of El Paso’s highest honor, the Conquistador Award. He was named El Pasoan of the Year twice, inducted into the El Paso Business Hall of Fame, and was named as El Paso’s Entrepreneur of the Year.
Jeff A. Stevens is a co-founder and the President of Franklin Mountain Energy. He was also one of the original founders of Western Refining Company and has served in various roles at Western Refining Company and its subsidiaries, primarily as Chief Executive Officer and President, until its acquisition by Tesoro / Andeavor in 2017.
Mr. Stevens is a Principal at Franklin Mountain Capital and also serves on the board of directors of Vomaris Innovations, Inc., a privately held medical device company based in Arizona.
Mr. Stevens serves on numerous private and public company boards as well as other civic organizations. Mr. Stevens attended the University of Arizona where he received the 2018 Alumni Achievement Award, the highest honor the UA Alumni Association can bestow upon alumni.
Craig Walters is Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Mountain Energy and joined the team in January 2020. Craig has 28 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Craig previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Jagged Peak Energy from February 2018 to January 2020. Prior to that, Craig served as Vice President, Operations of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation’s Rocky Mountain Region since June 2017, and earlier as Vice President, Operations of the DJ Basin since November 2013. Craig began his career in 1994 with Anadarko, having worked various engineering, business development, midstream, operations and management positions in the Rockies, Mid-Continent and Gulf Coast regions.
Craig is a Wyoming native and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. He is a registered professional engineer and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Previously, Audrey was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Copper Trail Partners, LLC, an energy private equity platform-based in Denver. For 13 years, Audrey was Partner and Senior Managing Director at the Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and prior to that, she was an Investment Banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of Liberty Oil field Services (NYSE: LBRT), and was previously a Board Member at Extraction Oil and Gas, LLC (NASDAQ: XOG) and Bonanza Creek Energy, LLC (NYSE: BCEI).
