Audrey Robertson

Audrey Robertson is a co-founder and the Executive Vice President of Finance of Franklin Mountain Energy. Previously, Audrey was a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Copper Trail Partners, LLC, an energy private equity platform-based in Denver. For 13 years, Audrey was Partner and Senior Managing Director at the Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and prior to that, she was an Investment Banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of Liberty Oil field Services (NYSE: LBRT), and was previously a Board Member at Extraction Oil and Gas, LLC (NASDAQ: XOG) and Bonanza Creek Energy, LLC (NYSE: BCEI).

Ms. Robertson graduated Manga Cum Laude from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics. She holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Southern California and is a CPA in the State of Colorado (inactive).
